Panel Session an Constitusional I Court Concerning Petition on Examining Of Film Law Against Constitution

Monday, December 10, 2007, Constitutional Court held Panel Session regarding case No. 029/PUU-V/2007 conerning on Examining of Law No. 8 Year 1992 on Film Law agaisnt Constitution. The agenda was to  Legalize  Revision of Petition, List of Evidence and Expert/Witnesess.

Before panel session was began, the fifth petitioners (Annisa Nurul Shanty K, Muhammad Rivai Riza, Nur Kurniati Aisyah Dewi, Lalu Rois AmriradhianiTino Saroengallo) were coordinated with IMLPC to prepare their appearence. IMLPC suggested to petitioner to address legal background and consideration of petition.
